STAGE 1 : Design and Processing: In order to deliver on our promise of exceptional customer service we aim to design and process your items within 5-7 business days. 

STAGE 2: Delivery : We are currently using Royal Mail as our preferred shipping carrier.

Royal Mail deliver to UK mainland addresses as follows:

  • Standard economy shipping (£3.60)               3-5 business days
  • Express shipping (£5.60)                                1-2 business days

Personalised Items Return Policy

All customised products are final sale due to the personalised nature of monogrammed gifts.

If your order is flawed because of a mistake on our part, we'll replace it as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

Non Personalised Items Return Policy

We hope you are happy with your order, but if something isn't right, let us know and we will give you instructions about how to return your items for a refund. Items must be returned within 14 days unused and in the original packaging. Please allow up to 5 working days for us to respond to your enquiry, although we aim to get back to everyone as quickly as possible. 

There are certain situations where refunds are not available:

* Any item with obvious sign of wear or use

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. As merchandise is available in limited quantities, we are unable to offer exchanges. We suggest placing a new order for any items you want and following our return policy as outlined above.
